Twistarela
Twistarela - unicorn with a beautiful horn,
Kind, warm-hearted and truthful.
An amazing unicorn!
Godmother – fairy bunny, blue, fluffy and nice,
With some glittery wings and a very cute face.
A wonderful godmother!
Stepsister – beaver, mean, selfish
And jealous of Twistarela’s horn.
A rude stepsister!
Stepsister – elephant, cold-hearted, lazy
And rich at cunning deeds.
An ugly stepsister!
And finally the stepmother – bear, clumsy
And fierce as a gorilla.
An angry stepmother!
Once upon a time there lived a poor girl called Twistarela. She had two mean stepsisters and a mean stepmother. One day a letter arrived at the barn. The letter said…
‘You are invited to a Royal Ball
Day: Monday
Time: 5:00pm
From Puppy Prince’
“Can I come to?” Twistarela asked.
“No way!” both stepsisters laughed.
“You are wearing rags, why would anyone marry you? As a present you can help us with our dresses,” said the stepmother.
“Ugh…” Twistarela sighed.
The next day hat makers came from all over the world. Dressmakers came too.
“Are you ready to go, sis?”
“Yes!”
“Twistarela, call the limousine now, and remember you are paying for it. When will it arrive? We will be late!”
“It will arrive in 10 minutes,” Twistarela replied.
“While we are away make this barn tidy. Bye, hope you have fun without us.”
BANG! And the door was suddenly shut.
Then in front of her someone popped out of nowhere.
“Who are you?” Twistarela asked.
“I am your fairy godmother. I came to help you.”
“But how?”
“Bring me 4 hooves and 2 hamsters and 1 ball, please.”
“What will you do with them?”
“I will turn them into… a carriage, four horses and a dress,” said the godmother.
“WOW!” said Twistarela
The fairy godmother said, “Bibaty, Babaty, Boo!”
Then in front of her was a beautiful carriage with 4 horses and a beautiful dress on her.
“Just remember you have to come home before midnight,” said the godmother.
“OK! Thank you for helping me!” Twistarela exclaimed.
When she was at the ball, everyone gasped. The two stepsisters asked one another, “Who is that?”
Then the prince saw her and asked her to dance with him. Twistarela of course accepted. She was so busy dancing she did not notice that the clock struck twelve. She ran out the door, but she lost her unicorn horn. The next day the prince shouted that SOMEONE WILL GO AROUND TOWN AND SEARCH FOR THE LOST PRINCESS AND EVERYONE SHOULD TRY THE HORN.
The two stepsisters tried hardest, but it did not fit them. The last girl was Twistarela. The stepsisters laughed.
“It will not fit her,” they said nastily.
But it did fit Twistarela. The next day Puppy Prince and Princess Twistarela got married. And the two stepsisters and stepmother became the cleaners of Puppy Prince and Princess Twistarela. And everyone in the town lived happily ever after. And Twistarela was not poor any more.
